Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided. Since most products are digital, refunds are limited.



1. Digital Products

All PDFs sold on UpayogiBooks are digital downloads. Once access is granted or the file is delivered, refunds are generally not possible.



2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:
You were charged but did not receive access to the PDF.
The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side.


You were charged multiple times for the same order.



3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided if:
You changed your mind after purchase.


You purchased the wrong PDF by mistake.


The content did not meet your expectations but was delivered successfully.


The file cannot be opened due to issues with your device, software, or internet connection.


4. Refund Request Timeframe


Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.


5. Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank policies.


6. Partial Refunds or Credits


In some cases, store credit or partial refunds may be offered instead of a full refund.
