Visitors to this blog are indeed familiar with the Sanskrit poet and author S. Jagannatha. This blog previously featured excerpts from his books "Abhanakajagannatha," "Dve Mukhe," and "Astavystam."
We are fortunate that the author decided to share his most recent work, "Gandhavali," which is an anthology of 335 muktakas* written in a brand-new meter named "Gandha" that he invented himself. The anthology contains verses on a variety of topics, as the author states in his preface. Notes have been provided by the author for difficult words.
